ALTHOUGH the pair have never confirmed their romance, Jared Leto fans have noted the actor’s relationship with Valery Kaufman over the years.
Jared is set to star in the upcoming HBO crime thriller The Little Things, premiering on January 29.
Who is Valery Kaufman?
Valery Kaufman is a Russian model.
The 26-year-old is signed with agencies around the globe such as The Lions New York, Elite Paris, Select Model Management London and Modus Vivendis Model Management in Moscow.
She has modeled for the likes of Victoria’s Secret, Chanel. Louis Vuitton, and Vogue.
Speaking to iD about her childhood, she said: “Growing up in Russia was amazing.”
“I love my city, it’s the place to be. I love the people, I love the mentality. It’s really evolving. Right now, it’s kind of a new chapter for Moscow because we’re building in this new architectural style where the buildings are really high towers everywhere.
“It used to be different, it used to be kind of like a village. The buildings used to be small and the same pattern, but now there are a lot more business centers and offices. Still, historically and culturally, it’s so evolved. It was an amazing place to grow up!”
How long have Valery and Jared Leto been dating?
According to reports, Valery and Jared were friends for a while before they dated.
“They initially seemed to be friends,” a source told People.
“They would meet up with groups of people and all hangout. They didn’t go on solo dates.”
They were first spotted together in June 2015 shopping for groceries in New York City. Later that year, they were photographed hugging after leaving a restaurant.
Sources have noted that things between them have been on-and-off over the past few years.
They were shot alongside each other in July 2017, February 2018, and February 2020.
Neither Valery nor Jared have spoken about their relationship publicly, or posted photographs on their Instagram pages.
